Every order (Jewellery / Coin) is carefully packed in durable, tamper-proof packaging to maintain safety and authenticity. We dispatch orders via trusted courier partners based on service availability in your area.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is FREE across India on all orders.
  • No hidden charges are applied to your order.

Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your city or PIN code, but we always make our best effort to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery to Verified Recipient

For security, delivery will be made only to the Consignee/Recipient whose details are provided while placing the order. Please ensure the recipient’s name matches their Government-issued photo ID (Passport, PAN Card, Driver’s License, or Voter ID).

At the time of delivery:

  • The recipient must provide the original ID proof for verification.
  • The courier agent will note down the ID details before handing over the package.
  • Your cooperation during this verification ensures a safe and secure delivery.

Delivery Location

  • Orders can be delivered only to a Residential Address, Office Address, or our showroom in Ahmedabad.
  • Delivery to public places such as Malls, Hotels, Restaurants, Hostels, or Streets is not permitted.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, the courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If still unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our facility in Ahmedabad.

Change in Shipping Address

  • Once an order is dispatched, the shipping address cannot be modified.
