Silvieve – Return & Refund Policy
At Silvieve, we want you to love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective,
- The item is damaged, or
- You received the wrong product.
We will evaluate the issue promptly and arrange a replacement, refund, or resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless received in a defective/damaged condition:
- Personalised or custom-made jewellery
- Perfumes, candles, and personal care items
- Coins, utensils, and God idols
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards and sale/discounted items

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to:
- Return the item you have.
- Once the return is accepted and processed, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
